Terms & Conditions
On commissioning a service from Educe Therapies acceptance of the below terms and conditions is agreed and confirmed. Educe Therapies has full professional indemnity and is DBS checked with a clear record.
Warranties and Liabilities
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will restrict the therapist’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty, nor will any of these terms restrict any of your statutory rights. For further information about your statutory rights, contact the Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
The therapist will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these Terms and Conditions as a result of any delay in performance or failure to perform her obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond her reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, illness, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment or road traffic problems.
Payments
50% payment of full fee will be invoiced upon agreement of an assessment, prior to the scheduled appointment, unless alternative payment options have been agreed with Educe Therapies directly. The final 50% is invoiced on completion of the report.
Cancellations
If the service is no longer required, written confirmation of this is required at least one term in advance for treatment sessions and 1 week in advance for new assessment bookings.
Sickness Policy
A minimum of 24hrs notice is required for cancellation of regular sessions. Post 5pm sessions will be charged at 50% if cancelled the evening before, full payment if cancelled on the day.
If the therapist is sick then the session will be rescheduled for the next available appointment and every endeavour will be made to ensure that all deadlines will be met.
