Carolyn Blake, PG Dip MSc in OT, DIR Floortime, 201 AMPS trained

I have a wealth of experience working with children from 3-19 years of age with varying diagnoses including ASD, LD, ADHD, ARFID, Sensory processing differences, and emotional regulation. I have also completed the DIR Floortime 201.

My experience includes working in the community and mainstream schools providing OT in line with Education Health Care Needs Plans, and within specialist schools. I am highly experienced in completing both formal and informal assessments to support Education Healthcare Needs Assessment reports.

I really enjoy working with children and advocating for their needs, even when they can't always do that themselves, whether it's a need or a want, play, educational, or a part of daily life. I also know the importance of early intervention to support skill development which changes in line with the child's development as they grow whilst remaining relevant, meaningful, and purposeful.

I am based in South West London.
